Stress Management



Self care is important in stress management. Taking a break from stress by taking a hot bath, and soaking in the tub can relax your muscles for a good night's rest. Going to get a massage, or to see a master reiki artist can also help your body to feel refreshed. Having someone help control and detox the negative energies in your body can also feel good for your soul.

Spending time alone is also important for both introverted and extroverted people. Time alone to think, and relax can be good for your everyday being. Take a mental vacation, and think good thoughts. Get excited over ideas you have, and journal those thoughts to work on, when the time is right for you.

Understand that there are going to be bumps in the road. Sometimes you will feel like your walking an uphill battle, but it to will pass.
