This program was no help to us :(

I was frustrated because this program doesn't seem to help the parent (s) of child crime victims. If the child victim needs a parent on a temporary basis to miss work, this program can be considered useless to help cover lost wages.

All our childs needs are covered through insurance. Maybe, there is something I am not understanding about this program. Anyone have any ideas?

California

It might feel better to contact the California CVCP program, and find out if there was anything missed that can be helpful in recieving compensation for anything covered by them. I am not familiar with California's CVCP program, but you can call the California State Domestic Violence Program, and discuss with them as well. Maybe, something was missed that you can utilize today.

Good luck,

Jennasy
